Job Details

The role of the Executive Technology Support (ETS) Technician covers multiple areas:

  • Provide IT support for corporate leadership and others as designated.
  • Support covers end user devices, mobiles devices, AV equipment, applications, security tools, communications services and other areas as required.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new devices, tools, and services to improve the effectiveness of the IT experience.
  • Coordinate with other support teams to assist with problem resolution and other related customer service initiatives.
  • Perform “smart hands” functions to assist the dedicated team to help identify / resolve problem tickets.
  • As required, be available to travel to assist senior leaders both in transit and with off-site activities.
  • Other assigned / delegated tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT Support.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare IT Experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT security knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with senior level colleagues.
