As part of the Vital Marketing Team for Tenet Health, the Specialist, Physician Marketing is responsible for coordinating and executing all centralized processes of physician marketing to support the field, with special emphasis onboarding of new physicians. The marketing specialist will support the overall execution of all campaign tactics for onboarding as well as ongoing support of campaign tactics and activations that fuel productivity of our physician practices, including organic social media. This individual will work collaboratively across the marketing team and support the field executing all centralized processes. In addition, the specialist will gather feedback and help elevate processes and best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and coordinate all centralized tactics related to onboarding physicians.
  • Execute back-office onboarding tactics across owned channels: web, profiles, email and standardize go to market approach.
  • Develop a go to market approach for physician start up materials, standardize process, and fulfill all physician start-up materials.
  • Lead website acquisition process for new physicians and work with web team to transfer websites to Tenet.
  • Work closely with the web team and the field on all physician bio and website maintenance requests.
  • Work with operations team to make sure online booking links and consumer journey for booking appointments is seamless.
  • Support all budget and invoice processing.
  • Support CRM and physician profile updates and development.
  • Support tracking process of all paid media channels and be the liaison between field marketing and call center to make sure tracking and consumer journey is efficient.
  • Support all execution and maintenance of online profiles and lead the Press Ganey tool to ensure accuracy of data. Act as point of contact for the field and analyze data related to online profiles.
  • Track all onboarding plans across markets, identify process improvements, and identify best practices.
  • Develop executive summaries and ongoing dashboards regarding physician onboarding, post onboard post-mortem, and have a keen eye on highlighting trends/insights/and best practices.
  • Be an advocate to the field on all process improvement areas across physician marketing.
  • Support all organic social execution for physician marketing.
  • Ensure seamless, multi-channel user experience and tracking between our marketing assets and web properties[ZMB1] .
  • Assist department leaders with presentations and ad hoc requests.
  • Support both consumer and b2b tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Marketing.
  • 2 - 3+ years of related and progressive marketing experience, prefer digital marketing experience.
  • Healthcare, pharma, or physician marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency with managing complex matrix projects.
  • Attentive to details; experienced at using analytics and data for decision making.
