Refer someone to Los Alamitos Medical Center and you will receive a generous bonus for every referral that is hired.

Clinical Specialty and Non-Specialty Referral Bonus

Experienced RN:

• Full-time - $15,000
• Part-time - $7,500

Experienced Techs/Therapists (and similar roles)

• Full-time - $7,500
• Part-time - $3,750

Non-Clinical Referral Bonus

• Full-time - $750
• Part-time - $375

Note: New grads and per diem positions are not eligible for participation as a referred hire for this program.

 Program Details:

• Manager and above employees are not eligible to receive employee referral bonuses. Supervisor and below employees are eligible to participate. Supervisor referrals must be outside your home department where there is no leadership oversight/hiring decisions.
• Offering employee referral bonuses for part-time positions is allowed, however at a rate of 50% of the full-time bonus amount. Per diem roles are not eligible for employee referral payments.
• Employees will receive 50% of their referral bonus when the new hire reaches 90 days of employment and the remaining 50% at one year.  There is no claw back requirement on the bonus payments.
