About Hilton Head Regional Healthcare
Hilton Head Hospital is a small hospital that makes a big impact in our tight-knit island community.
When we first opened in 1975, Hilton Head Hospital was a 40-bed community hospital. We have since expanded into a 93-bed medical center and a major health care facility serving our communities from Hilton Head Island to Bluffton.
Our hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission, and between the main hospital, Bluffton Medical Campus and Bluffton Okatie Outpatient Center, we offer a full range of diagnostic and treatment services, including heart care, spine and orthopedic treatments with high-tech robotic surgery, a women’s center, an outpatient rehabilitation facility and a nationally accredited breast health center.
