Description:
Saint Francis Hospital � Bartlett opened June 1, 2004 as a 196-bed hospital. The Patient Care Services Department is made up of inpatient and outpatient units that provide nursing care to acute care patients of all ages. Nursing units are supported by all ancillary departments. The nursing process, along with patient admission assessment and history, are used to develop and implement the Plan of Care. Daily Tempo reporting, that includes team collaboration, is held on the units to coordinate patient care and discharge plans. Patient needs are met in a timely manner by the support and guidance of the inter-professional team

Position Summary
To provide proficient, age specific, professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with legal, Hospital practice and departmental policies and procedures, established standards of nursing care and practice, and as defined by the State of Tennessee Board of Nursing.


Qualifications:
Education: BSN from an accredited state of Tennessee approved institution for RN licensing.
Professional Requirement: RN license recognized by the State of Tennessee.
Certifications: BLS certification required. ACLS required
