Compliance Programs Compliance Manager

Position will support the Sr. Director Compliance with oversight of Tenet Compliance Programs areas to include policy management, compliance training, compliance risk assessment/mitigation, and conflict of interest/exclusion screenings. Oversight responsibilities include Tenet and Conifer for policy management and compliance training. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for the following under the direction of the Sr. Director Compliance:

• Develop policy flash communications and report on policy metrics.
• Support Tenet/Conifer enterprise-wide policy initiatives focused on document reduction, policy revision with cross business unit consideration, document repository, and governance review.
• Support COI disclosure/exclusion screening processes to help facilitate annual launches, manage monthly manual exclusion screening for new acquisitions, facilitate on-going manual exclusion screening of facilities not on Tenet HR system, assist with resolution of SME COI disclosures and exclusion screenings, monitor exclusion screening completion for new vendors as part of the vendor qualification process.
• Maintain Ethics & Compliance intranet page and subpages to ensure information is current and accessible to company employees.
• Monitor compliance training assignments for gaps, facilitate manual training assignments for facilities not on Tenet HR system, partner with HR regarding initial compliance training completion, and report compliance training completion metrics.
• Facilitate project management associated with larger compliance department initiatives such as program effectiveness reviews.
• Assist with Tenet compliance culture initiatives to include annual culture survey and other activities aimed at addressing compliance culture.
• Assist with annual and quarterly compliance risk assessment and mitigation efforts to include data analysis, research, reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of prior policy management experience in a large corporate environment and project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of health care industry or compliance experience required; self-starter initiative and positive attitude required.
