Director, Compliance Policies & Procedure Management- Remote
Job Details
Position will support the Sr. Director Compliance with oversight of Tenet/Conifer enterprise policy management. The Director, Compliance Policies & Procedure Management will be responsible for the following under the direction of the Sr. Director Compliance:
- Day-to-day policy management oversight of Policy Managers who facilitate developing policy committee review documents, development of policy flash communications, facility policy migrations, policy owner support and follow-up, policy system administration and reporting of policy metrics.
- Management of Tenet/Conifer enterprise-wide policy initiatives focused on document reduction, policy revision with cross business unit consideration, document repository, and governance review.
- Direct policy owner support for review/development of complex policies.
- Collaboration with senior level leaders to help facilitate discussions and decision making involving complex policies impactful to the organization.
- Advising key stakeholders on policy governance decisions related to enterprise policy impact and understanding of implications of policy types to include: model, corporate, and other process documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of prior policy management experience in a large corporate environment and project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of health care industry or compliance experience required; self-starter initiative and positive attitude required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% required. Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
