Director, Compliance Training & Culture

Tenet Healthcare has an immediate opportunity for a Director, Compliance Training & Culture. Position will have significant responsibility to support the Compliance Department in developing and managing critical initiatives and programs promoting a Culture of Compliance, including, but not limited to:
1) the design, implementation, and monitoring of all required ethics and compliance training as required by our Charter;
2) the strategic development and management of an annual compliance communication and awareness plan;
3) the design, administration, analysis, and remediation associated with annual and ad-hoc culture of compliance surveys; and
4) the development and management of compliance communication tools including but not limited to: a mobile application, topical awareness tool library, and department Intranet pages. The Director will drive Compliance Training initiatives across the enterprise. This is an in office role at our corporate headquarters in north Dallas.

Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource Development, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field required; M.Ed, MBA, or MHA preferred

Certifications: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred

Seeking 7-10 years of progressive experience in the health care industry, with working experience in developing training and education programs for a large, highly matrixed organization

Ability to successfully manage numerous complex, detail-oriented and high priority projects required

Experience working with course development software such as Articulate and prior experience in the role of learning management system administrator strongly preferred
