Executive Technology Support (ETS) Technician (Onsite based in Dallas, TX)
Job Details
The role of the Executive Technology Support (ETS) Technician covers multiple areas:
- Provide IT support for corporate leadership and others as designated.
- Support covers end user devices, mobiles devices, AV equipment, applications, security tools, communications services and other areas as required.
- Participate in the evaluation of new devices, tools, and services to improve the effectiveness of the IT experience.
- Coordinate with other support teams to assist with problem resolution and other related customer service initiatives.
- Perform “smart hands” functions to assist the dedicated team to help identify / resolve problem tickets.
- As required, be available to travel to assist senior leaders both in transit and with off-site activities.
- Other assigned / delegated tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT Support.
- Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare IT Experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT security knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with senior level colleagues.
