Graphic Design/Marketing Intern – Summer 2025 – Onsite in Dallas, TX
Job Details
- Perform a competitive analysis of creative communication across all tactics for cardiology and propose creative recommendations to improve our integrated marketing and messaging efforts.
- Research and share competitive analysis on top healthcare marketing materials (design, messaging, and channels) and asses our current service lines toolkit with the objective to proposes creative, messaging and channels recommendations that can drive engagement.
- Creative/design for multi-channel marketing including, but not limited to, social, digital, and other digital and non-digital channels.
- Creative versioning: Learn about the versioning process and support the creative team with design versioning.
- Develop learning objectives.
- Opportunity to participate and learn about the graphic design across channels.
- Analyze competitor graphic design approach.
- Weekly check-ins with marketing buddies and bi-weekly check-ins with hiring manager.
- Opportunity to provide and receive feedback.
- End of summer presentation.
Qualifications
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year in 4-year accredited college, studying Graphic Design.
- Basic understanding of digital/social marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and desire for excellence in quality.
- Strong interest in exploring and applying modern day graphic design techniques to engage consumers.
- Passion for moving faster, producing more, and identifying solutions for major improvements.
- Self-motivated, outcomes-focused individual who holds herself/himself to a high-performance standard but maintains a sense of proportion and humor.
- Authentic, has deep integrity and holds personal and professional values consistent with Tenet’s mission, vision, and values.
- Proficient in Mac operating system, Adobe CCS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Adobe Experience Manager, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.
- Interest in learning about healthcare marketing.

We are looking for a Graphic Design/Marketing Intern to support projects across the design of collateral materials, print, billboard, and social. This marketing intern will be a part of the Graphic Design marketing team and learn how to develop integrated marketing campaigns come to life though breakthrough graphic design. You will learn about the healthcare marketing consumer journey and user behavior to develop recommendations that elevate the current graphic design marketing materials. You will work collaboratively with the entire Vital Marketing team: Home Office (all marketing disciplines), GBC (Manila team), and the field marketing managers/coordinators.
