Tenet is seeking an HRIS Analyst with strong functional application experience with Learning and Performance Management Systems. The Analyst will be the primary subject matter expert for Tenet’s corporate and field operations Learning and Talent Management application. This person will work with the HRIS Manager to modernize and standardize the LMS application-support module. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong customer service orientation, is creative, an independent thinker as well as a methodical, strategic problem solver who is collaborative and understands the value of being part of a team.

  • Responsible for the functional application administration of the existing LMS system.
  • Translates technical system or process documentation into customer-friendly job aids and training materials.
  • Works with vendor and technical groups to troubleshoot LMS and Performance Management modules, root cause analysis, maintenance, and system/application/platform administration.
  • Responsible for responses from ticket mailbox to troubleshoot employee and contractor access, evaluation, and course completion issues.
  • Maintains LMS support process documentation for various course assignments and creation of job function processes.
  • Trains users in related systems and processes by leading webinars and creating documentation to support/reinforce approved procedures.
  • Generates custom, standard, and cyclical reports that leverage automation to increase efficiency and optimize system capabilities and customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a system support administrator Performance and Learning Management Systems.
  • Independent, logical thinker with advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to independently problem solve complex issues within the LMS and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent professional communication skills through clearly written, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Initiative and discretion in accomplishing duties with minimum supervision.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with other disciplines, functions, vendors, business/system owners, and service lines.
  • Effective decision-making skills; detail-oriented with superior follow-up skills.
  • Ability to track and respond to business owner/end-user concerns and questions in a timely and customer-service oriented manner.
  • Ability to create job aids, playbooks, audio, and video training modules for customers.
  • Mid-level or above proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience developing reports and managing data in Excel, including mid-to-complex reporting.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus. 
  • Experience implementing an Learning Management system is a plus. 
  • Methodical, flexible, agile, adaptable, and able to manage change well.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science or 2-5 years equivalent work experience as an expert coordinating, managing, administering an LMS.
