IT Finance Intern – Summer 2026 – Onsite in Dallas, TX

We are looking for a IT Intern to support our team in Operations Finance functions of the company such System Financial Reporting enhancements. This will give you the unique opportunity to gain valuable experience while you integrate knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and develop your skills in a professional setting.
Program Overview:
- Full-Time, Paid Internship
- Onsite in Dallas, TX
- June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026

Responsibilities:
- Develop learning objectives and goals that are structured into the experience within the field of IT Finance and
- Opportunity to work real time on financial system enhancements and organization change.
- Work collaboratively with IT Operations and Finance for unique experience
- Document process and make an impact to IT Enterprise Financial reporting
- Weekly check ins with Manager on performance & objectives.
- Willingness to promote academic, career and personal development.
- Opportunity to provide and receive feedback.
- Utilize problem solving skills.
- Assists in special projects, as needed.
Qualifications
- Prefer candidates at the junior, senior, or graduate student level pursuing IT, Data Analytics Finance or Economics
- Interest in learning about healthcare corporate finance and operations.
- Proficiency in Power BI, advance excel
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
- Comfortable working with large population of data sets and data cleansing with guidance from Manager
- Demonstrates effective research tactics, good organizational skills.
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers.
- Commits to continuous learning; being self‐motivated and self‐directed.
- Ability to work independently with sense of urgency to task completion.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
