Experienced IT Manager to oversee and support enterprise workforce management and integration platforms including UKG Pro WFM, Kronos WFC, Kronos iSeries, UKG Pro CSE, Boomi, and clock terminals. The IT Manager will serve as the key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring optimal system performance, successful project execution, and effective user adoption. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Manage, support, and optimize applications within the workforce space including UKG WFM, WFC, iSeries, CSE, Boomi, and clocks.
  • Oversee system configuration, upgrades, integrations, and maintenance to ensure business continuity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to identify system needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing technical and professional guidance. 
  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendor relations, issue escalation, and contract management. 
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate new features, enhancements, and emerging technologies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables related to system implementations and enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide clear, consistent, communication with leadership, end-users, and technical teams.

Travel Required

  • May require travel up to 10%. An MVR will be run on the final candidate.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with payroll, HR, and workforce compliance processes.
  • Experience with Kronos/UKG workforce management solutions.
  • Demonstrate success in leading IT projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with leadership, technical teams, and end-users. Collaborate with third party service providers as necessary.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively manage expectations of different stakeholders including developers and business partners.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.
  • Experience with Service Now ticketing system a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Five+ years of experience managing and supporting workforce management systems, preferably UKG’s suite.
  • Strong knowledge of system integrations, data flows, and middleware solutions.
  • Experience in vendor management a plus.
  • Boomi Professional Developer
  • ITIL or project management certification beneficial
