Manager, Corporate Systems - Lawson Suite (Remote based if outside DFW/Hybrid based if local to DFW)

The Manager, Corporate Systems - Lawson Suite, will provide operational leadership for the Lawson suite of applications. This role will oversee a team of 5 professionals responsible for supporting Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Materials Management, Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in assessing and delivering enhancements and resolving issues related to Lawson suite applications.
- Collaborate closely with operational business leaders to understand requirements and priorities.
- Manage employee care, budget, financial management, and tactical relationships with business partners.
- Work closely with the MSDL to identify enhancement/project opportunities, develop business cases, and prioritize work.
- Oversee critical activities including the annual Lawson disaster recovery test, monthly system reboots, annual SOX audits, Lawson User Access Reviews (UARs), and hospital audits.
- Drive findings and remediation efforts from audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Attend and help to lead any P1/P2 issues
- Monitor and address all pertinent TenetOne App Support queues.

- Televox - Communication solution for KCI
- Cerner PowerInsight - HIPAA log and UAR review support
- Monthend - Reimbursement process support
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise systems (Lawson suite applications experience a plus).
- Strong leadership skills to guide a team through high-ticket volume environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience with regulatory compliance audits and remediation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelors degree
- 3 – 5 years experience in application support
Compensation
- Pay: $103,584 - $165,568 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
