Tenet Healthcare has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Manager, Retirement Plans to support our enterprise. Currently our workforce numbers approximately 120k eligible FTE's. This position reports to the Director, Financial Benefits and is located in our north Dallas main office located near the Galleria.
Analysis and administration of Tenet 401(k) plan
Oversees annual independent audit and compliance activities
Execute (4) enrollment events for current ESPP while analyzing design and impact
Manage Executive Retirement Accounts (ERAs) with white glove service during July activity period
Participate in Retirement Plans Administration Committee (RPAC) four times per year, responsible for materials
Active management of Greystone (or relevant independent fiduciary advisor)
Drive agenda of financial wellness with much improved participant communication
Work to integrate HSA participation and messaging with broader Benefits team
Provide minimal support to deferred compensation and LTI programs
Enterprise role supports Tenet, Hospitals, USPI and Conifer
Leads (2) direct reports with a focus on efficiency and accuracyQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management and/or Human Resources Management
6+ years administering defined benefit plan for a large company ($3B or greater annual revenue)
6+ years managing a cohesive and collaborate team
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation
Experience with Fidelity 401k administration
Experience with executive benefits and programs (i.e. non-qualified benefits, equity administration)
Very detail oriented and heavy analytical skills a must.
Continuous change improvement mindset required.
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communications skills required.
Strong ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects within deadlines required.
Advanced Excel required along with other MS Office Suite of applications knowledge.
