Manager of Compliance- Policies

The position will support the Sr. Director Compliance with oversight of Tenet enterprise policy management.

The Manager, Compliance will be responsible for the following under the direction of the Sr. Director Compliance:

• Management of Tenet enterprise-wide policy initiatives focused on document reduction, policy revision with cross business unit consideration, document repository, and governance review.
• Assist policy managers with policy revision/submissions.
• Facilitate policies approval process to include policy review, developing supporting documents, policy publication, and development of policy flash communications.
• Facilitate policy migrations into policy management system.
• Policy system administration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required;
• Minimum 3 years of prior policy management experience in a large corporate environment and project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of health care industry or compliance experience required; self-starter initiative and positive attitude required.
