Manager, Revenue Cycle Applications (Remote based in the US)

Tenet is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle Applications.
This position is directly responsible for working with organizational team members and leaders on the coordination, evaluation, selection, implementation, and support of application technologies. The Manager is responsible for managing the team members that support these activities. Application Manager works collectively with Operational and Technical leaders to strategize and optimize the use of software applications across the enterprise.
The manager provides an additional level of coordination and communication, overseeing implementation for many applications. The manager ensures that system functionality is designed and delivered to support business processes and information needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- During implementation, maintains the scope, schedule, and quality of the project in their specific application area
- Works closely with the project director and other project managers to coordinate activities
- Sets clear expectations for team members, including defining what they should do at each phase of the project
- Advises and coaches team members by providing guidance on project issues, key success factors, and lessons learned
- Manages the project from an organizational perspective while attending to detailed tasks
- Guides workflow design, builds and tests the system, and analyzes other technical issues associated with the implementation
- Works with vendor, leadership, and end-users to ensure the system meets the organization’s business needs in regards to deliverables and timeline
- Holds weekly communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones
- Capacity to manage multiple competing objectives and to clearly communicate results
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, ability to sequence activities logically
- Familiarity with reporting and database terminology
- Ability to develop and adhere to time schedules in order to meet project deadlines
- Interpersonal skills to function well in administrative, management, and patient care environments
- Ability to work effectively with staff that have a wide range of seniority
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5 years’ experience leading development and support teams for healthcare revenue cycle applications
- 3 years' experience working with Change Healthcare Assurance scripting language
- 5 years' experience working with MACs, Clearinghouses, and 837 and 835 automated processing
- In depth knowledge and experience with, daily cash reconciliation, FUS notes identification, Medicare claims scrubbing, Enrollments, Medicare Eligibility, and Secondary Billing
- 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Biztalk in a multi-layered enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of File Transfer Protocols, internal and external interface setup, and file monitoring setup
- Technical experience with Microsoft .Net applications and Azure DevOps
- Not Required but helpful to have IBM iSeries RPG/SQL procedure experience
Compensation
- Pay: $103,584 - $165,568 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
