Job Summary
The Paralegal Assistant provides support to our SVP, General Counsel Operations, two Sr. Counsel, and one Assistant General Counsel team members. The Paralegal Assistant will coordinate busy calendars, set up meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, schedule conference calls, coordinate schedules and projects with the executive management of the company, comparing checklists with legal policies, and various other special projects as needed. The position includes extensive data review and analysis, report, and presentation preparation. The Paralegal Assistant will also be responsible for managing the email distribution lists, department-wide communications and other duties as assigned. This position will report directly to the SVP, General Counsel Operations.

Minimum Professional Qualifications
- 5 -10 years of experience supporting/assisting executive legal staff, preferably in a medical or hospital environment
- Associate’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent education & experience (Minimum high school diploma/GED required.)
- Must be discreet and professional in all scenarios.
- Must be a team player with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Advanced skills required on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Experience with Concur, DocuSign, Adobe, Tableau, Power BI, and being a Notary is desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff enterprise wide.
- Ability to treat all information in a confidential manner is a priority.
