The Product Manager, AI Solutions, will play a pivotal role in the development, launch, and iteration of AI-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency and improve outcomes across Tenet Healthcare. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and product management skills, working closely with business leaders, engineering teams and data & analytics to translate complex business needs into well-defined, technically viable product requirements.
- Product Development: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for AI solutions, from conceptualization through development, launch and continuous optimization. Define clear business and technical requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specs, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Oversee rapid MVP, proof-of-concept and prototyping to validate hypotheses, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable value before full scale deployment. Drive technical product decisions, balancing business needs with technical feasibility and partner with engineering teams to prioritize product features, manage sprint cycles, and trouble shoot technical blockers through the development process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary product liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication of product goals, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate user testing, gather technical feedback, and iterate product features based on insights from real-world usage. Coordinate the integration of AI-enabled solutions into existing systems and workflows. Conduct product demos, feedback sessions, and training to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
- Product Planning & Governance: Maintain product documentation, trackers, and dashboards to track progress against milestones, KPIs, and budget. Support the creation and maintenance of documentation related to workflows, data dependencies, and business rules. Ensure all product development follows Tenet’s AI governance standards and is compliant with all regulatory, privacy and security requirements.
- Continuous Learning & Technology Adoption: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and make recommendations to leadership on how to leverage these advancements. Learn and adopt new technologies and systems to enhance the quality and efficiency of AI products.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or appropriately relevant field, is required.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management or technical product ownership, ideally within data science and/or healthcare technology environments. Experience with AI solution development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI advancements in generative AI, machine learning, etc. as well as data pipelines, IT/technical architecture and cloud platforms, and deployment/monitoring considerations.
- Experience identifying use cases and developing a product plan with quantitative measures of success.
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating closely with technical teams.
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into structured product requirements.
- Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, depending on need. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted on finalist.
Compensation
- Pay: $114,192 - $182,416 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Pay Range: $112,320 - $180,960 **Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience ***Calculated based on a full time position
