Tenet Physician Resources (TPR) is seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented operational project manager to join our organization. In this position, the successful candidate will lead and manage operational projects from initiation through completion, overseeing successful output(s) in support of Tenet’s employed physician groups. The TPR Project Manager will be responsible for outlining key project goals and objectives and working with cross functional project team members and Tenet Executive Leaders to ensure critical milestones are met and achieved. This role is a corporate position, that manages projects in support of TPR’s national employed physician practice footprint. This leader must possess the skills required to execute and operationalize strategic objectives/vision across a wide range of multidisciplinary projects in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Compensation and Benefit Information
Compensation
- Pay: $89,440-$143,104 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.

- Strategize and outline goals and objectives of the projects assigned.
- Monitor multiple projects through the entire program cycle.
- Manage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects.
- Set timelines for goal posts/due dates, holding responsible functional areas accountable for key milestones.
- Coordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects in the program.
- Manage and submit project documentation, status reports, and summaries of key projects.
- Communicate with other functional area project managers to proactively identify and address potential risks.
- Solve problems and issues.
- Track project progress. Understand critical path and appropriate escalation protocols.
- Communicate project objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and supervise multiple projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 25% travel to TPR market areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management/administration, business, or related field; master (MA or MSc) in business or related field preferred.
- Project management certification, preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification to Green Belt, preferred.
- 3-5 years’ previous experience in program management, project management, administration, or related field.
- Physician practice, clinic operations experience, preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (Monday.com, MS Project, Basecamp, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in project management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets and timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and high level influencing skills.
- Leads with Executive Presence.

Pay Range: $89,440 - $143,104 **Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience ***Calculated based on a full time position
