Recruiter (El Paso Market)
Plans, develops and implements recruitment strategies for assigned departments/job classes.
Provides a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers on recruitment and staffing issues.
Works with hiring managers to fill open positions with highly qualified candidates.
- Establishes relationships with hiring managers
- Executes recruitment strategies to include sourcing candidates through ATS, social media and building a pipeline through schools, employee referrals and community events.
Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience
Required: 2 years of recruitment, HR or sales
