Recruitment Operations Lead
This role will focus on operational efficiencies, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment outcomes and experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment operations, process improvement methodologies, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
- Analyze current recruitment workflows and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, document, and implement scalable processes to enhance recruiter and hiring manager productivity.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other departments to improve recruiting systems and tools.
Project Management & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead and manage recruitment-related projects, such as system implementations, process automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment technologies and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
Data & Technology Management
- Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams to optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Develop dashboards and reports in conjunction with the Workforce Analytics team to provide insights into recruitment performance and process efficiency.
- Support system migrations, integrations, and user training for recruiters and hiring managers.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
- Serve as a key resource for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams in process implementation and troubleshooting.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure alignment with updated recruiting policies and systems.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field. An additional 5 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR project management, or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR technology, and recruitment metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay: $85,000-$120,000 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
