Senior Financial Analyst (Onsite based in Dallas, TX)

Description
Financial Analyst is responsible for gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, assessing business operations, and producing solutions to improve, streamline and standardize processes. Duties include, analyzing financial reports, strategizing ideas to improve business operations, providing on-site assessments, meeting with hospital leaders and other stakeholders to provide suggestions for process improvement and assist the facilities with the implementation of process changes to ensure success.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize data and information, ensuring data integrity for potential business opportunities.
- Analyze results, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of hospital operations.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools.
- Write clear and well-structured business documents.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance.
- Assist with project management for selected projects.
- Provide support for systems the Hospital Operations team is responsible for maintaining.
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce business outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on planning and prioritization.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Two or more years of Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Access (or other desktop database), Word, and Power Point applications.
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong work ethic.
- Solid project management and organizational skills.
- Adaptable and capable of working multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum travel required ~10%
Preferred:
- Healthcare experience preferred
