As a Senior Graphic Designer with the Tenet Marketing Group, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling educational and marketing materials that resonate with consumers in the healthcare sector. Your focus will be on designing innovative graphics for advertising, social media, collateral, and patient education programs. By creating content that informs and inspires, you will help patients and caregivers navigate services such as pregnancy, heart care, emergency services, back and join pain management, cancer treatment, and weight loss solutions.
Tenet hospitals and physician practices operate like local businesses, delivering a wide range of valuable services. Your challenge as a Senior Specialist, Graphic Designer, will be to identify, enhance, and create impactful campaigns that stand out in the crowded healthcare landscape. You will craft creative experiences that resonate with patients, prospective patients, and their caregivers.
In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Strategic Marketing, Content, and Field Marketing teams to enhance existing materials and develop new campaigns in a fast-paced, positive, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Customize creative assets for Field Marketing teams, ensuring each hospital and physician practice reflects its unique personality and value propositions within brand guidelines.
- Collaborate to produce system-wide assets, including guides, social media content, educational materials, emails, billboards, infographics, web content, advertisements, print collateral, signage, logos and presentations.
Creative Direction
- Ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance through thorough quality assurance.
- Strategize on leveraging existing materials and creating new assets to enhance consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Develop and implement best practices that highlight the distinctive stories and values of individual hospitals and practices.
- Identify and utilize tools to streamline the creation and deployment of creative assets.
Project Management
- Proactively manage project timelines and expectations, ensuring 100% on-time delivery of all projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage external resources as necessary.
- Efficiently handle ticket management, time tracking, and status reporting.
- Provide insightful reporting and analysis on project allocations and turnaround times, recommending efficient solutions for ticket requests.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within healthcare marketing or similar sectors.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and web technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledgeable about contemporary media platforms and consumer engagement tools.
- Understanding of project management techniques and best practices.
- Ability to conceptualize content and campaigns creatively.
- Knowledge of ADA compliance standards (WCAG 2.0) is preferred.
