Sr. Specialist, Multi-Channel Campaigns

The Sr. Specialist, Multi-Channel Campaigns will oversee delivery of high quality, consumer intelligence data and execute highly-optimized, data-driven marketing efforts.

At Tenet, multi-channel campaigns are customized for 50+ hospital brands and other business units (physician, urgent care) to engage and nurture consumers and patients. Channel mix expertise includes direct mail, email, digital, social and mobile channels.

The ideal candidate understands digital marketing consumer data and platforms. He/she should be able to review a campaign brief, select the optimal data, segment, filter, execute the campaign and provide insights. Must have experience with Salesforce (CRM), Marketo, electronic data warehouses (EDW) and other analytic tools and, above all else, love how great data leads to great marketing.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM/EDW and Marketing Automation Operations and Strategy

  • Select the ideal data set based on budget and campaign goals, create and execute marketing automation campaigns, and provide insights

  • Lead persona development and A/B testing strategy

  • Bring the consumer perspective to marketing decision-making through audience identification, selection, segmentation, testing and measurement

Database Marketing Strategy

  • Subject matter expert of current best practices in database architecture, hospital-related consumer data, cross-platform integration, and legal and compliance regulations

  • Lead the identification, integration and implementation of new data sources or technologies to improve data-driven marketing efforts

  • Accountable for all aspects of the governance and quality of enterprise consumer/patient data

  • Act as the point of contact with IT, BI, and Operations to drive technical projects and enhance our data feeds

  • Evaluate predictive/clone models and new technologies

Analytics and Reporting

  • Lead the development and use of dashboards and reports and provide actionable insights and analysis of performance by campaign, segment, channel and/or location to identify optimization opportunities

  • Utilize segmentation and predictive modeling for response generation and engagement initiatives

  • Ensure the use of controlled and A/B testing and measure the incremental benefit of each campaign




Qualifications:

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong subject matter expertise in digital technologies, a passion for innovation, and a team-oriented approach to creating the most effective engagement programs possible.

  • Bachelor s Degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, or related major

  • 4 years or more experience executing complex campaigns and using transactional data, predictive models, consumer/patient segmentation and/or third-party consumer lifestyle variables

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in CRM, EDW and/or marketing automation technologies, in a consumer-centric business model

  • Retail, CPG, travel, hospitality and/or healthcare industry experience preferred; understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance regarding PHI/PII data ideal

  • Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required

  • Experience managing and negotiating with vendors along with excellent project management skills preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience partnering with IT to craft the ideal marketing ecosystem and architecture including planning, risk assessment, roadmaps and data governance

  • Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing and testing strategy and optimal use of control groups

  • Solid knowledge of measurement and reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI

  • Deep understanding of mapping and executing multi-channel integrations, including CRM, marketing automation, website, direct mail, advertising/ad network, and digital (search, social, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of SQL preferred

  • Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau preferred
