Talent Acquisition Analyst, Oracle
Job Details
The Oracle Talent Acquisition Analyst supports assigned applications while identifying, evaluating, and recommending changes to ensure and improve application operability. The Analyst collaborates with HR and IS resources to maintain system health and develop and maintain documentation. The Analyst also supports and manages designing, testing, and implementing solutions including data integration, user role management, report development, and training. The Analyst has system and process expertise with Oracle Recruiting and will become the Tenet subject matter expert advising stakeholders and COEs on solutions and paths forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage support request intake, distribution, and responses
- Serve as system and process subject matter expert providing direct support to and collaborate with internal users and teams
- Perform both regular and ad-hoc data and user management tasks including data import/export, data hygiene operations, user role provisioning and auditing, and queue management
- Manage vendor support relationships
- Review available application updates and patches and make recommendations to IT leadership for deploying and adapting new features and changes
- Assist with report and query development and analysis
- Collaborate with HRIS team and key stakeholders to review, design, test, and implement solutions, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Leads the business requirements phase of a project, ensuring needs are clarified and effectively documenting
- Takes complete ownership of support, maintenance and enhancements related to selected Oracle Taleo HCM product(s)
- Project management of key initiatives in process/system improvements, upgrades, migrations
- Leads all phases of projects in their area(s) of expertise and focus, ensuring the delivery of all project deliverables on time, on budget, and aligned to the needs of the business with utmost quality
- Drives the resolutions and troubleshooting of issues during development and postproduction support
- Researches and analyzes existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; recommending project approaches about the Core HR implementation
- Production Support of all aspects of Oracle HRMS Applications and other HCM related custom applications
- Configures or directs the configuration of existing applications/modules to meet customer needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years’ relevant work experience supporting applications containing PII, PHI, or other sensitive information
- Experience with change management best practices
- Experience with ticketing and case management in ServiceNow
- Experience running reports in the Oracle Recruiting module, Taleo, and other data and analytics tools
- Experience working with recruiting, pre-boarding, onboarding field and corporate teams and divisions
- Strong analytics, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly organized self-starter who excels both independently and in a team environment
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with any of the following systems or applications: Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Taleo, Tableau, Excel, Microsoft Teams, RedCarpet, SilkRoad, ServiceNow
- Experience with ETL, data warehousing, data transformation, and data visualization
- Experience working on a cross-functional team
- Project Management Experience
- Excellent communicator – written, oral, and to a multitude of appropriately targeted audiences
