TPR Financial Analyst (Remote based in Dallas, TX)

Description
Financial Analyst will work under the Director of Operation Finance in the following areas: financial statement review, preparation of ad hoc analysis, physician compensation model compilation and review, interaction with physician offices in a multi-disciplinary format. The candidate will interact with the Senior Director of Operations and will need the ability to clearly communicate results via written and verbal communication. The candidate will need to have the ability to set priorities and clearly communicate progress and outcomes of projects.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
- 3 - 5 years of financial analysis experience or equivalent, prefer healthcare exposure.
- High level of analytical skills and extensive knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
- Intermediate knowledge of financial modeling techniques.
- Capacity to review, identify and implement improvement opportunities where new processes, technologies or efficiencies can be applied.
- Comprehensive conceptual problem solving and analytical skills utilizing complex spreadsheets, comparison tools and other evaluation systems as needed.
- Strong investigational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Independently organize work plans for assigned projects within team structure and develop constructive working relationships with others.
- Skilled in oral and written communication with a diverse level of participant knowledge and ability.
Compensation:
- Pay: $57,616-$92,144 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
