TPR Sr. Revenue Cycle Management Analyst - Remote based in TX

Description

The Sr. Analyst provides RCM analytics for the practice managers and staff, including payer trends for edits, rejects and denials of claims.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree is preferred. High school diploma/GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle in large physician practice or revenue cycle company.
• Excellent written/verbal & presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint.
• Next Gen/Athena Practice management systems experience a plus.
• Experience with front end claim editing systems and eligibility software systems.
• Knowledge of payer and industry rules and regulations.
• Ability to work independently without onsite direct supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adjust priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 25%. We will run a Motor Vehicle Registration check on the final candidate.

Compensation:

• Pay: $63,648-$101,504 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
• Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
