Responsibilities
Up to $15,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN
Summary
The Registered Nurse Infection Prevention is responsible and accountable for collecting and entering data for the infection control and prevention program. The Registered Nurse Infection Prevention supports infection prevention and process improvement efforts that are identified concurrently. The Registered Nurse Infection Prevention enters all appropriate patients into the required databases and maintains all components of the files. The Registered Nurse Infection Prevention is also responsible for data collection for various reports/projects on an ongoing basis.
EducationMinimum: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
ExperienceRequired: Minimum of three (3) years experience in an acute care setting.
Certification/Licensure
Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida
