Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Practice Coordinator to support and manage the daily operations of our radiology team. This role ensures seamless scheduling, billing, gathering documents for credentialing, and administrative processes while helping to optimize workflow efficiency.

This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple administrative and operational tasks within a hybrid-remote/office setting.

Responsibilities:

•    Manage radiologists' schedules to ensure optimal coverage and workflow.
•    Work billing cases that are in suspended, review denials, and assist with patient/hospital billing issues.
•    Pick up and deliver PACS workstations as needed.
•    Facilitate case movement within the PACS system.
•    Order supplies, including lab coats.
•    Monitor and track expirables such as DEA registrations, licensure, and BLS certifications.
•    Oversee RadPeer statistics and reporting.
 

Qualifications

Required:
•    High school diploma or GED
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
•    Valid driver’s license
•    Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently
•    1-2 years of experience working in a medical office setting
 

Preferred:
•    Bachelor's degree
