Under the direction of the Vice President of Quality & Patient Safety and the day-to-day supervision of the Regional Coordinator of Clinical Data Decision Support, provides maintenance and support of a variety of data systems to support clinical and operational initiatives.The Data Analyst will assist the Coordinator in supporting departmental and hospital staff in meeting data needs and requirements.



Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor s degree in statistics, business, or health administration required or equivalent knowledge and experience

  2. Minimum of 3 years related experience in healthcare data management and analysis.

  3. Must possess strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

  4. PC knowledge and experience to include: database management, statistical analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  5. Experience with Midas+ products strongly preferred.
