JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst, OFFSHORE AR OPS role will be accountable for overseeing all monitoring, reconciling and reporting of assigned vendors’ performance, data, inventory, projects, and initiatives used by Conifer within revenue cycle management activities. The role is located in Frisco, TX (remote or in office) and will work directly with a number of offshore partners located Internationally. A successful candidate should be comfortable overseeing other analyst projects as a lead or advisory, working within a highly matrix-driven organization, exhibit solid organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, and have a strong customer focus.

  • Approve and oversee the development, trending and maintainance of reporting for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Performance metrics, assigned inventory or data placements, audits, projects and quality metrics.
  • Approve and oversee the development and driving of execution on processes (including process mapping, policies and procedures, design sessions, inventory management, training and refreshers, vendor scope management), Activities within timelines (transitions and projects) and reconciliation of offshore inventory.
  • Oversee the evaluate and development of new methods of tracking effectiveness of offshore partners propose changes in placement volumes and processes, as needed, and ensure business needs or inventory liquidation rates are within accepted guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate with Clients, Contracting & Governing, Intregrations, Transitions, Product Line operations, Client Performance / Delivery and other partnering organizational teams to assist with new client and/or facility integrations, onboarding, scope changes
  • Approve and oversee the research and submission of processes, workflow, analytic and IS tickets.
  • Evaluate avenues to drive efficiencies through expense and revenue, as relates to the assigned portfolio of vendors, overall contractual terms, service level agreements and pricing for the vendor(s).
  • Perform, create, communicate and execute approved action plans on audits of quality and operational processes to ensure compliance with Conifer and Client requirements.
  • Maintain compliance within the vendor(s) processing for System and Website Security approvals, deletions and audits. (eiD request and Client Paper request for system access and websites)
  • Special projects as assigned.

  • Ensure Vendor(s) inventory/data placement and projects are managed within budgetary guidelines.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.

  • 0-2 years of experience in HealthCare and / or managing vendors preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and / or active project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred

Compensation and Benefit Information

Compensation

• Pay: $56,784 - $85,176 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.

• Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
