JOB SUMMARY

Work with market leadership to analyzing trends in organizational and individual performance data and uses information. Identify gaps in performance and training needs to improve performance within the markets. Provide support and training to new hires as well as existing team members to ensure a clear understanding of procedures. Develop, train and mentor on performance procedures. This individual will work closely with all levels on Conifer from individual contributors through executive leadership as well as client leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support and mentoring for new hires as well as existing team members throughout the organization on business unit systems and operations. Ability to provide clear instruction, mentoring and coaching on procedures/processes, and systems.

  • Design, maintain, and educate on Conifer operational materials, including, but not limited to: manuals, presentations, scripts, competency tests, job aides, and scorecards. Multiple facilities and systems training/certification.
  • Plans, coordinates, and leads internal in-services and educational programming for for team members in business unit departmental areas, and other areas identified as necessary. Aware of educational resources and determines how resources can best support coaching initiatives.
  • Monitor quality and performance, in partnership with onsite market leaders to guide performance development plans. Assess and review all quality assurance material for educational and improvement opportunities. Provides one-on-one targeted coaching in response to performance deficiencies, and promotes a collaborative environment by addressing issues in a constructive and proactive manner.
  • Recognizes development opportunities and actively participates in improvement plans; works with market leaders to successfully implement operational enhancements.
  • Assists market leaders in analyzing trends in organizational and individual performance data and uses information to adjust and refine operational material as needed.
  • Represents the organization by emphasizing professionalism throughout all communications with patients, patients’ families, payers, and internal team members.
  • Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of revenue cycle process.
  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
  • Strong verbal, written and grammar skills.
  • Basic understand of adult learning skills.
  • Highly motivated and capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with leadership and team members. Must be comfortable with public speaking.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.

  • 3+ years of Patient Services experience
  • Training experience a plus
  • Supervisory experience a plus

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE

Include minimum certification required to perform the job.

  • CRCR is a plus

Compensation and Benefit Information

Compensation

  • Pay: $46,925.00-$70,408.00 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
