Operations Training Supervisor

Responsible for managing the daily operations of Ops Training staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Ensure appropriate onboarding of new trainers, to include business unit orientation and timely submission of all HR-required new hire documentation
2.Coordinate and lead daily huddles to provide reminders, education and updates to staff to create a culture of team engagement, inclusivity, collaboration, and communication
3. Enforce departmental policies, practices, procedures, and work rules in accordance with approved company, department, and client policies and assist in the development and implementation of new policies according to corporate guidelines
4. Identify and address staff training needs, and revise training plan as needed. Audit training completions
5. Ensure the team is meeting all productivity and operational goals
6. Develop strong working relationships with internal customers; acts as culture and retention improvement point of contact
7. Leads, directs and executes operational and technical training programs. Plans and facilitates the delivery of training for new-hire probationary and tenured employees for their assigned areas
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Knowledge of Business Operations and Learning Management Systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- 5 -7 Years of Revenue Cycle experience
- Previous 2-3 years’ experience in corporate training or supervision preferred

Compensation and Benefit Information
Compensation
- Pay: $72,509 - $108,763 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
