Manages the Clinical operations of assigned areas in accordance with the objectives of the department, facility, and American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Care and Professional Performance.Responsible for the daily management of the department operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal accountability, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals and objectives, as established by the administrative leadership team. Responsible for staff performance, provision of high quality patient care, and meeting safety standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Responsible for management and coordination of staff education and competency.Contributes to relationship building with patients, families, physicians, vendors, and others to promote growth and volume for the department.




  1. Registered Nurse with Bachelor s Degree required, Master s degree preferred. One of these degrees must have Nursing Focus.


  1. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in the assigned area(s)

  2. One (1) year of previously demonstrated management and leadership skills required.

    Other Qualifications:

  1. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support certification

  2. Current South Carolina State Board of Nursing unrestricted license or multi-state license from another Compact State within the prescribed guidelines of the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act

  3. ACLS certification required

  4. NIH Certification required.
