Provides service and documentation under supervision of Chief Biomedical Engineer. Performs preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on biomedical equipment. Works within the set up procedure of documentation and all departmental and facility policy.


Qualifications:
Mandatory:
High school diploma or equivalent or vocational school graduate.
Courses in blueprint reading, electricity, mathematics and physics required.
Two years electronics background required.
Must be able to read electronic schematic wiring diagrams and technical handbooks.

Preferred:
BS Degree desirable.
Must have a knowledge of electrical sections of public building and safety codes.
