Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination and administrative support to attorneys in the Tenet Healthcare Law Department
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including document prep, meeting minutes, calendar management, travel planning, expense reporting, special projects and other tasks as helpful
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively to meet timelines
- Ensure smooth communication with administrative support across corporate departments, hospitals leadership offices as well as external parties
- Serve as a champion and ambassador for our respectful and professional work culture
- Handle details of a highly confidential sensitive nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures

Profile of the Successful Candidate:
- Ability and desire to provide world class support to attorneys operating at pace and managing frequent lastminute schedule changes
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple workstreams and think like an air traffic controller to resolve schedule issues and prioritize work effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Strong intellect and a desire to learn will help the successful candidate to better understand the substance of activities and allow them to better anticipate needs or questions
- Resilient individual who is energized by challenges and rarely, if ever, discouraged

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Flawless track record and unwavering commitment to managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
