Summary:

  • Performs the essential functions of a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Performs record-keeping, drug packaging and compounding, patient billing, drug transport, and all non-judgmental aspects of drug monitoring and distribution including the support of clinical drug monitoring programs.




Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Able to read, write and speak English.

  • Math Skills Demonstrated


Experience:

  • Completion of 500 pharmacy work hours.


Licensure & Certifications:

  • Professional registration with the MA Board of Pharmacy, and successful completion of a Board of Pharmacy approved certifying body pharmacy technician certification examination
