Summary

Operates CT Technologist equipment to perform a variety of imaging CT procedures as indicated by protocol. Administers intravenous injections of contrast media as indicated. Prepares room, supplies and equipment for patient and physician needs. CT Technologist performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.



Qualifications:

Education

Required: Graduate of an accredited program for Radiologic Technologists

Certifications

Required:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologists, State of Florida (HRS)
  • Current CPR (BCLS) certification
  • Certification by the Imaging Services Medical Director to inject contrast media
