Abrazo Mesa Hospital (located The hospital is located at 5750 E. Baseline Rd.) opening this spring is our sister hospital to Abrazo Central Campus. Abrazo Mesa Hospital will focus on providing emergency room services and less complex inpatient procedures. It will include a 12-bed emergency department, an operating room and eight inpatient rooms, along with additional services. The facility s emergency department will be open around the clock and staffed by board-certified emergency physicians. Additional services will include surgery, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, pharmacy and other outpatient services in the 32,500 square foot building.
Certified Surgical Tech Per Diem Rotate
Certified surgical technician providing intra-operative support. Assists the surgical team by acting as the primary scrub person who handles the instruments, supplies and equipment during surgical procedures. Maintains constant vigilance for the maintenance of the sterile field. Prepares operating rooms for surgery, using appropriate techniques. Provides technical services and assists in other areas as assigned and directed. Participates in department performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
Special Skills: Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills.

Required Certification/Licensure: Certification as a Surgical Tech. CPR
- High school graduate or equivalent GED for all current employees.
- Completion of formal ORT program for all new hires.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in operative procedures, equipment and instrumentation. CPR.
