Speech Language Pathologist PRN Days Position Summary

Provides optimal speech-language pathology services to include evaluations, treatment, planning, patient/family education and discharge planning for patients with disorders of communication, swallowing and cognition as a team member within a rehabilitation environment. Participates in department and program development and operations. All assessment and treatment media, approaches and techniques will be appropriate and specific to population served including general rehabilitation services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.





Qualifications:

THE SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST PRN DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in speech-language pathology.

Minimum Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience preferred but not required

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Certification of Clinical Competency in speech/language pathology. Current South Carolina license in speech pathology. CPR certified.
