Description for Internal Candidates
This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. This position will support all the facilities in the market as needed.

Employment Type: Local or Travel Contracts
Facilities: Piedmont Medical Center.
Local Contract pay currently $54.72 an hour. Travel Contracts are approx $1860 weekly. Contract pay can change according to market conditions and this rate is not guaranteed. You must speak with a Recruiter to confirm rates at time of signing a 13 week contract.
Requirements:
- BLS and ACLS AWHONN
- Must have 2 years of Acute Care experience with a minimum one-year current experience in your specialty of Labor and Delivery

Education:
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).
Experience:
Required: 2 years of current experience in their specialty.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; AHA BLS.
