The Administrative Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and managing resources for multiple departments/service lines on a twenty-four (24) hours basis. Responsibilities include financial to include budget; efficient/effective resource utilization; recruitment and effective/efficient management of assigned staff; achieving quality outcomes; performance improvement; monitoring of quality and quantity of assigned areas; maintaining positive working relationships with staff, leadership and senior leadership and the purchase and maintenance of equipment. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Business or Nursing, or related field from an accredited college or university. Licensed as Registered Nurse, Radiology Technologist, or Cardiovascular Technologist.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Business or Nursing, or related field from an accredited college or university
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 years in a related discipline to include Cardiac Cath Lab services.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of progressively responsible management experience
