Marketing Coordinator for Baptist Medical Network

Description
The Coordinator will report to the TPR Marketing Manager and have strong day-to-day interactions with the marketing team, communications team, home office marketing team, and hospital administration and clinical leaders. This position will help build trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external teams and astutely represent the marketing team in driving growth for our focused market priorities.
- Coordinate the production of onboarding marketing collateral and marketing activities for new providers.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new provider information into marketing programs across all of our provider markets.
- Work effectively with internal marketing team to manage and optimize existing collateral.
- Work with the onboarding, marketing and operations teams to ensure that all provider information is maintained and utilized for all marketing initiatives.
- Supports the Group Marketing Director and Marketing Managers in the execution of day-to-day marketing responsibilities that drive growth, consumer engagement, and patient retention.
- Supports team in driving executional excellence of marketing plan activation: Plans, implements, and measures all day-to-day marketing responsibilities such as: activation of marketing campaigns; coordination of events and seminars
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of TPR, service lines and physician relations.
- Effectively supports thought leadership of driving community engagement programs and opportunities for our physicians.
- Drafts recaps and communicates regularly to marketing team
- Assists in integration efforts across hospital and physician marketing
- Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned and directed.
- Work with vendors to optimize and interpret dashboard data for the markets.
Qualifications
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant major.
Experience:
Required: 1 to 3 years of related marketing experience
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities and ambiguity
Demonstrated success in utilizing effective storytelling, writing and editing skills
