Assists surgeons and anesthesiologist and coordinates flow of equipment, supplies and staff during a surgical procedure. Assures patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care. Participates in patient care planning, assessment and nursing treatment.
Required Training/Education/Experience/Certification:Minimum one year previous full time experience in the operating room. CA RN license and BLS.
Education: High school or equivalent,
Associates Degree or equivalent.
Desired Training/Education/Experience/Certification:(1) PALS, (2) CNOR. Education: Bachelor�s Degree.
