San Ramon Regional Medical Center began serving residents of the San Ramon Valley and its surrounding communities in 1990. Located on a hillside overlooking the valley, we are a 123-bed, acute-care hospital, primary stroke center, and a cardiac heart surgery hospital. Under the supervision of the perioperative registered nurse, assists the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Performs additional duties related to the preparation and maintenance of a safe operating room environment. When on-call must arrive to the Hospital within 30 minutes.


Minimum Education:

High school graduate or equivalent

Graduate of Surgical Technologist Program

Minimum Experience/Skills:

Minimum of two (2) years recent experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred


Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA certified);

Certification in specialty preferred
