Description
Serves as facilitator between family members, patients. Conducts daily rounds. Follows up on patient complaints. Resolves patient issues.

Ensures patient room is organized and tidy, responds to call lights, ensures equipment is working properly. Conducts rounds. Makes sure broken equipment is repaired. Reviews discharge information.
Qualifications
Experience:
Required: 6 months in healthcare setting
Certifications:
Required: AHA BLS.
Preferred: RN/LPN or CNA
