The Specialist-HR Services, Sr is responsible for assisting the Chief Human Resources Officer ("CHRO") with implementation and execution of the various human resources related strategic initiatives. Participates in various aspects of Human resources programs, coordinating programs or activities as assigned. Areas of responsibility include general HR functions, workers compensation, employee relations, training and development and rewards and recognition programs. Facilitates the resolution of various Human Resources problems and provides support to employees and management staff consistent with the policies and procedures established.

Supports CHRO in providing leadership and direction to management staff as it relates to employee relations, employment practices, amd effective performance management. Interprets policy and procedure for managers and employees.

Demonstrates effective communication and influence with employees, staff and physicians to drive employee engagement and participation. Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs to help drive employee engagement.

Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

Min requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience.

Min experience: Three to six years' experience in Human Resources

Preferred experience: Healthcare

Preferred certs/registration: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
