Tucson Physicians Holdings/Carondelet Medical Group is actively recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and loves working with patients of all ages.
Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients in accordance with the guidelines of the AZ State Board of Medical Examiners governing Nurse Practitioners.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, collaborating treatment plans, documenting appropriate patient education, conducting Medicare annual wellness exams, annual physicals, performing episodic and follow up care and performs exams appropriate to patients chief complaint, orders appropriate medications, diagnostic testing and lab work associated with clinical needs, etc.

Qualifications:
Education
Required: Master’s Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner
Certifications
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. RNP License; BLS
