Description

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care in the following areas: All Critical Care CCU/ICU, ER, NICU, CVICU PICU, MICU, Radiology, Dialysis, PACU, CVOR, Labor and Delivery, OR, Cardiac Cath Lab, and GI/Endo. This position will support all the facilities in the market as needed.

  • PACU - 36 Hours per week
  • OR- 40 Hours per week
  • Shifts available: AM
  • Employment Type: Local or Travel Contracts
  • Facility: PACU & OR - Carondelet St. Joseph’s
  • Facility: OR - Carondelet St. Mary's

OR RN Local Contract pay currently $72.00 an hour and Travel Contracts are approx $2,300 weekly.

PACU RN Local Contract pay currently $61.00 an hour and Travel Contracts are approx $1,800 weekly.

Contract pay can change according to market conditions and this rate is not guaranteed. You must speak with a Recruiter to confirm rates at time of signing a 13-week contract.

Qualifications

Education:

Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).

Experience:

- Must have 2 years of Acute Care experience with a minimum one-year current experience in the specialty applied for. (OR or PACU)

Certifications:

Required: BLS and ACLS
